Brigton HSRAA Annual Conference – a Great Success
The three day event in Brighton, UK was well attended with a host of lively and informative speakers taking part on the conference days. The conference started on Wednesday 25th April 2018 in the afternoon with two face to face workshops: TMF Essentials and Managing Electronic Workshops run by Eldin Rammell, Jamie Toth, Russell Joyce and Sarah Curno.
The next day, the conference was kicked off with the regulatory session: first to present was Emma Whale from the MHRA followed by Boglarka Mikundina from NICE. The regulatory session was followed by electronic archiving, document management, GDPR, data integrity and legal sessions. This year also saw the introduction of the debate session which looked at keeping drafts, the new GDPR and keeping documents in ‘big buckets’. These debates created a great deal of interest and were thoroughly enjoyed by all.
As well as the formal educational programme, attendees were able to network at the coffee and lunch breaks as well join the conference dinner in the ballroom at the conference hotel, the Mercure Seafront Hotel.
We hope that everyone enjoyed the conference and we look forward to seeing you all at next years conference in Dublin, Ireland.
